The hotel provided a quiet environment at night, something i appreciated. The beach is within a reasonable walking distance, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service. I found several restaurants nearby. There was a highly-rated one i liked.

I noticed the hotel appears a bit more dated in person than it does in the photos. But it was still good.

The food was always fresh and priced reasonably; i ended up eating at the restaurant for most of my meals. Room service was also available when i worked from my room; it was a nice perk, i think.

The staff were helpful and friendly; i felt they were very attentive. The laundry service was a real convenience. Housekeeping was quick in dealing with requests and kept everything clean; i was satisfied.

The room was spacious and comfortable, a feature i always look for. Drinking water was provided every day. My room had all necessary amenities and a balcony with chairs and a table; it was nice to sit there.

The hotel's location was quiet, a quality i look for when travelling. I could easily walk to the Main Street; you can get a massage, smoothie, and food there. A tuk-tuk ride is necessary to reach the beach.

i was so happy with the staff's dedication to excellent service! i had left my bag at reception one day, and i discovered later that i had forgotten my charger in my room! they had kept it safe for me. i didn't feel pressured to book tours through the hotel, so it was a super relaxing stay!

the walk to the main area was a bit longer than i expected. it took around twelve minutes to get to the main strip from the hotel! i'd have prefered being closer.

the hotel was clean i enjoyed my stay the hotel looks exactly like the photos. the room and the bathroom were spacious the staff were friendly and cute. the views from the balcony were nice.

the pool area is very small there is a deposit of 500 thb to get a second room key. the hotel is old it sometimes smells like old moisture wood.

The front desk was not particularly cute. Upon check-in, I requested an adapter to charge my phone, but the staff member informed me they didn't have any available. She suggested I purchase one from a nearby convenience store, despite the late hour and inclement weather. I found this response to be lacking in customer service.

The hotel charged me for a hand towel. I am not sure I ever got that. It might have been mixed in with the bedding. They don't accept credit cards. That makes things difficult after checkout when you are going to the airport and have no local currency left. I found this poor customer service, to be honest.

the staff was very cute and helpful, always with a smile. rooms had complimentary water and shower necessities, a really nice touch. i thought even the city view was fine, it surprised me. it felt a bit of a walk to the beach, i used the shuttles when i didnt like to walk, they have them.

my main concern was the somewhat longer walk to reach the beach. while the shuttle was helpful, i would have liked a closer access point. this just added a little extra planning to beach trips.
